Exactly one week ago today I was kitted out in the above, dutty wining my way to Notting Hill Carnival's legendary Red Bull Music Academy Sound System. Situated under Ladbroke Grove's Westway and headed up by the main man-a-man himself, David Rodigan MBE, the RBMA Carnival Sound System is nothing short of spectacular. Those jammy few who managed to bag themselves balloted entry were plied with complimentary booze, Red Bull (OBVS) and a line-up designed to give your bass face some serious exposure. DJ sets from T Williams, MJ Cole, Wookie, Rodigan and Disclosure maintained an explosive atmosphere with the legendary Marley Brothers bringing us the rawest of reggae vibes. Jah bless.

As you can probably tell I decided to take these outfit pics in the worst possible conditions. Rum drunk and in the dark. Wotevs. Still got it. After gymming it in a hardcore stylee I am finally back in my itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny-eBay-denim-cut-off-Levi's and there was no way I wasn't twerkin' whilst werkin' them. I flung on a comfy grey ASOS crop, kept my cheeks covered with a River Island shirt and rocked a rude gyal ghetto gold Freedom at Topshop chain to finish off the look.

Did YOU venture to Carnival on Monday???
